Foil Stamping

 Foil stamping is a specialty process that uses heat, pressure, metal dies and foil film. The foil comes in rolls in a wide assortment of colors, finishes, and optical effects. Foil stamping will be sure to make your packaging stand out in the marketplace.

Inserts

Create custom cardboard inserts to give your product extra protection inside or outside the package. We can die cut any shape or size desired to your specific needs. Inserts can be as simple as a cardboard tray or divider, or as intricate as custom printed/laminated cardboard with precise cut shapes.

U/V-Grooving

V-grooved board refers to the score lines in the cardboard. For the cardboard to fold up the sides of the box, we must put score lines in the cardboard. V-grooving is a score (shaped like a V) that allows the box to fold up with straight edges without a bowing effect. V-grooved cardboard is used for Iphone style boxes or very luxurious boxes.
